Michael is one of the kindest, most patient, knowledgeable insurance man I’ve ever used. He doesn’t rush you and he makes you feel like you’re the most important client he has. I don’t know what I would have done without him. I told him I love technology, but it hates me and I’m much worse with insurance, but not with Michael.
